"DIG YOUR DINNER" Celebrate with the Schools at the Expo

Come and celebrate with the 23 schools that have entered into the Dig Your Dinner competition. On the Saturday morning the schools will bring to the show their best veggies from their school gardens, all creatively presented in a wheelbarrow, for judging.

Costa Georgiadis from Costa's Gardening Odyssey will be there to judge the winner and share his enthusiasm with the schools. He'll then cook an easy and tasty family meal using the kids veggies on the Neoflam Demonstration Stage

On Saturday and Sunday afternoon, Leonie Shanahan and Lyn Bagnall, both school kitchen garden creators, will be presenting at the Speakers Corner, and will tell you how to go about getting a garden into your kids school as well as share some delightful stories with you.

So be inspired by what these schools have achieved and what is possible for your children.
